Free Enterprises gain access to Crimson Dawn resources and assets, in exchange for this support a tax/tithe is paid to the Crimson Dawn Government, which is variable and based off each Free Enterprises situation.
Free Enterprises are independent and have free will. While they must operate within the confines of the law and keep respectable standing and commit to good business in the community, they are not controlled by Crimson Dawn but are there own faction housed within ours, a sub faction.
