| Details: | Hopp threatened the High Priest that he would attempt to derail peace with numerous groups over assumed facts regarding Crimson Dawns neutrality. Rather then discuss these concerns he threatened harm, as well as misuse of information gained while part of Crimson Dawn that is considered private. In threatening to attack the peace efforts the State has made we find his actions to be terroristic in nature. |
