Across the stars are asteroids large enough for entire cities and thousands of people, maybe even hundreds of thousands of people, and Crimson Dawn holds several as sovereign territories including the popular destination of Soun’s Rest.
However, while those are owned entirely by Crimson Dawn, we have several outposts that pledge allegiance to Crimson Dawn government and are majority controlled by their Alcalde, which is a a governor/mayor of the colony.
These locations, while pledging allegiance to Crimson Dawn, are controlled mostly by their Alcalde. The operate under our laws, are taxed by us, and protected by us. They are free to break ties with Crimson Dawn of their own volition.
